Australian Motorcycle Finance Australia Pty Limited (ACN 101 928 670) will use information disclosed by you for the purposes of assessing your application for credit and managing your credit facility.

We may disclose your personal information to credit reporting agencies, our related corporations, collection agencies, your nominated referees, our service providers. The provision of your personal information is required to allow us to assess your application and manage any approved facility.

The YMF Privacy Policy sets our policies on management of personal information. You can access personal information held by us about you and advise if you think it is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date.

AUTHORISATION AND CONSENT FORM
You agree that, for the purpose of accessing your credit worthiness in connection with you application for credit, we may:

1. Consumer information - Collect and use consumer credit information about you to access your application for credit.

2. Collect of overdue payments - Collect and use credit reports from credit reporting agencies to collect overdue payments from you.

3. Provide information to a mortgage insurer - Disclose information to mortgage insurers to access the risk of providing mortgage insurance or to access the risk of default.

4. Exchange of information between credit providers - Collect from and use or disclose to other credit providers any information about your credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity.

5. Provide information to Guarantors - Disclose information to any person who proposes to guarantee or has guaranteed repayment of any credit provided to you.

6. Verification - Verify your application details with any employer, estate agent or other referee.
