FULLY DRESSED STUNNER
The new Vulcan 2000 Classic LT – all dressed up and ready to go. Long, low and eminently stylish, the big cruiser exudes quality and craftsmanship and comes loaded with special touring features straight off the showroom floor.
Designed for riders more interested in a weekend jaunt than commuting to work and back, the Vulcan flagship features the world’s largest V-Twin production engine, generating mountains of silky-smooth torque and the kind of muscular exhaust note only an engine of this calibre can produce.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Big-Bore Engine The hulking 2053cc V-twin engine features push-rod valve operation to reduce engine height. This directly contributes to the Vulcan 2000 Classic LT's low centre of gravity and seat height. Hydraulic valve lash adjusters ensure smooth and quiet operation.
| |
Advanced Fuel Injection A highly sophisticated dual throttle body fuel injection system utilises fine atomizing injectors to deliver an ultra-fine mist of fuel/air mixture to the cylinders for greater combustion efficiency, increased power, sharp throttle response and optimum fuel economy.
Transmission / Final Drive The smooth shifting five-speed transmission communicates with the ECU via a gear position sensor to further enhance fuel injection and ignition performance. Belt final drive offers smooth, quiet, reliable operation and is very low-maintenance.
Large Rolling Stock The Vulcan features a big 150/80 front radial tyre and boasts the largest rear rolling stock fitted to any production V-Twin cruiser (200/60R radial). Wrapped around beautifully finished 16-inch cast aluminium wheels the combination provides outstanding ride quality and confidence-inspiring handling.
| |
Fully-Featured Straight off the showroom floor, the Vulcan 2000 Classic LT comes fully-featured with such accessories as stylish, top-grain leather saddlebags, comfortable front and rear floorboards, an elegant and supportive backrest and height-adjustable windshield.
Comfortable Seating for Two Elegantly designed and beautifully finished, the Vulcan features a supportive passenger backrest along with comfortable grab rails. There are floorboards front and rear with rubber inserts to provide high levels of comfort for both pilot and passenger when travelling extended distances.
| |
Height-Adjustable Windscreen Keeping things very civilised up front is the large, height adjustable windscreen. Shaped for optimum wind deflection, it beautifully complements the Vulcan’s classic cruiser lines. Optically correct acrylic plastic construction ensures clear, undistorted vision.
Top-Grain Leather Saddlebags Made from reinforced, top-grain, deep-dyed cowhide and highlighted by chrome plated brass studs, the slant-top opening bags are fitted with 1.5” wide straps with chrome plated buckles that hide quick-release fasteners. Metal reinforcing helps the bags to keep their shape.
