Light weight, compact sizing
Weighing just 138kg, the GPX250R is highly manoeuvrable and easy to manage with responsive light steering, and excellent stability. The lightweight diamond frame is made of high-tensile steel for exceptional rigidity. It provides the GPX250R with good ground and cornering clearance and a low seat height of just 745mm. The overall compact size of the GPX250 makes it perfect for all riders of both genders.
Twin-cylinder 248cc engine
Produces plenty of usable power with snappy acceleration. It is liquid-cooled to ensure low engine temperatures and no "power fade" on hot days or when crawling through city traffic.
High Velocity Induction Technology (H.I.TECH)
Provides a smooth flow of air to the carburettors for maximum top-end and mid-range throttle response, giving the GPX250R exceptional performance and fuel economy.
6-speed gearbox
Allows the engine's full potential to be utilised, while the Kawasaki exclusive Positive Neutral Finder makes finding neutral easy at the lights. The automatic cam chain tensioner keeps timing "spot-on" without maintenance.
